This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing payments and refunds for services provided by Code Falcons Media (“CFM”, “we”, “our”, “us”). This policy is aligned with applicable laws of Mauritius, including the Consumer Protection Act and relevant contract laws.

1. General Policy

CFM provides digital services including web development, branding, automation systems, marketing, and related solutions. Due to the nature of digital and custom services, refunds are limited once work has commenced.

2. Deposits

All project deposits are non-refundable once project work has started. Deposits secure project scheduling, resource allocation, and initial development efforts.

3. Milestone Payments

Payments made for completed project milestones are non-refundable. Each milestone represents completed and delivered work as agreed in the project proposal or contract.

4. Monthly & Recurring Services

For subscription-based or recurring services (such as SEO, maintenance, hosting, or marketing services):

• Clients may cancel with written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
• No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
• Partially used billing periods are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests may be considered only under the following conditions:

• No work has commenced on the project.
• A written agreement explicitly allows for refund eligibility.
• CFM is unable to deliver services due to internal operational failure.

Any approved refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with Mauritius financial regulations.

6. Client Termination

If a client terminates a project after work has begun, payments made up to that point remain non-refundable. Any outstanding balance for completed work shall remain payable.

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without prior written communication may result in immediate suspension of services. CFM reserves the right to pursue recovery of funds and associated administrative costs in accordance with the laws of Mauritius.

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising under this policy shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
