3. Payments

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.
  • Late payments may result in suspension of services.

4. Revisions

Revisions are limited to the number specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the final approved deliverables become the property of the client. CFM reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any source files or proprietary frameworks remain the property of CFM unless explicitly transferred.

6. Third-Party Services

CFM may integrate third-party tools, hosting providers, payment gateways, or APIs. We are not responsible for outages, security breaches, or changes made by third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

CFM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss resulting from the use of our services.

8. Termination

CFM reserves the right to terminate or suspend services in cases of non-payment, misuse, or violation of these terms.
